Our combo cakes are so easy to prepare, you can bake or sauté until golden brown and enjoy the decadent taste. No cheap fillers here! Each cake is going to be 3 ounces with an impressive 80% meat. These combo cakes makes for a great sampler. Made from wild seafood, these cakes make a deliciously satisfying meal or a tantalizing appetizer for your guests.

Each box includes 4 cakes each: lobster cakes, crab cakes, and seafood cakes (mix of shrimp, crab and scallops). Each cake weighs 3 ounces. Each Box has a total of 12 cakes. Sold Frozen and shipped from Alaska.

Cooking Instructions

Pan frying from frozen: use low to medium heat and 1 tablespoon of oil per cake in pan and heat. Sauté about 10 minues per side until reaching an internal temperature of 165 degrees.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Brush cakes with oil and abke frozen crab cakes for 25 minutes until reaching an internal temperature of 165 degrees. 

From defrosted: Defrost in a refrigerator overnight. Bake about 25 minutes at 400 degrees.

Easy Tartar Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1-1/2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon minced red onion
  • 1-2 tablespoons lemon juice, to taste
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
